Dried Fruit and Nut Bars

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped dried fruit pieces (I like dried peaches and blueberries!)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup almond butter
1 1/2 tsp almond or vanilla extract
1/2 cup  of your favorite granola
1/2 cup raw chopped nuts

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, almond butter and almond extract with a spoon.
  2. Mix together almond butter mixture, granola, nuts and fruit.
  3. Press into a loaf pan with slightly damp hands. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  4. Slice into 1-inch bars.
