2012 Agriberry CSA Application
The 2012 CSA membership application can be found here. Upon completion, be sure to mail both a check and the final page of the document to Agriberry, at P.O. Box 242, Studley, VA 23162. We work on a first come, first serve basis; the order in which we receive the applications will determine priority for members getting their first choice pick-up location. Thank you for your support toward a season of bountiful, fresh berries and fruits with Agriberry!
